Hagenauer Brass Bear Figurine

$79.00

This bear is a small creature with big personality! Newly cast from the original masters, these bronzes are based on vintage Hagenauer designs that date from earlier than 1928. It’s an amazing thought when you consider just how lively and modern each little bronze animal really is. Among the first Austrian metalworks to embrace the Art Nouveau aesthetic, Hagenauer created figurines that retain a unique modernity. This painstaking reproduction has all of the quality of the mid-20th-century originals, with perfect patina and polished, golden surfaces, like they were originally intended.
